Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Good Grains™: Ancient Grains and Kale Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz. 1 bag
Cream cheese, softened 16 oz.
White Cheddar, extra sharp 1 lb. 4 cups
Gochujang (chile paste) 2 1/2 oz. 4 Tbsp.
Jalapeños, fresh, cut in half lengthwise and seeded 35 each
Pan release as needed
Chile garlic sauce 8 fl. oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Prepare the grain blend according to directions and cool.
Step 3
Combine cream cheese, cheddar and Gochujang until incorporated. Gently fold in grain blend until combined.
Step 4
Spray baking sheet with pan release. Fill jalapeños evenly with filling and place in a single layer on a baking. Brush with chile garlic sauce. Bake in a convection oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and serve.
