A roll-up recipe that calls for a few simple ingredients, is easy to prepare, and makes for a delicious dessert or snack.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Flour tortilla, large 4 each
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb 40 oz. 1 bag
Butter 2 Tbsp.
Pecans, chopped 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Cranberries, dried 1 cup
Powdered sugar 8 Tbsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare Fuji apples according to package instructions.
Step 2
Place approximately 1-1/4 cup of apples onto the top two-thirds of flour tortilla. Roll like a jelly roll.
Step 3
Place onto a flat griddle or into a pan with 1/4 Tbsp. of butter, sauté for about one minte per side or until golden brown. Remove from pan and slice with a serrated knife into quarters or bite-size pieces. Garnish with pecan pieces, cranberries and dust with 2 Tbsp. of powder sugar per roll.
