This grown-up grilled cheese will Blow. Your. Mind. Sharp white cheddar, crispy bacon, red onion, fresh arugula, and flame-roasted Fuji apple slices on scratch-baked artisanal bread—grilled to buttery perfection on a panini press.

Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb 40 oz. 1 bag
Artisanal bread, sliced 32 slices
Butter, softened 8 oz.
Sharp white cheddar cheese, sliced 32 slices
Bacon slices, cooked 32 slices
Red onion, thinly sliced, sautéed 24 oz.
Arugula 4 cups
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare apples according to package instructions.
Step 2
For each sandwich; butter one side each of two slices of bread and place buttered side down in a skillet over medium heat. Top with 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 cup of the apples. Cook until bread is golden brown and toasted. Remove from pan and place on a cutting board, top with 1-1/2 oz. onion and a 1/4 cup of arugula. Place other slice of grilled bread on top, cut in half. Serve.
