Simplot Spudsters® Fried Potatoes: Butter Flavored Mashed Potato Bites 4/5lb 5 lbs. 1 bag
Chili, low sodium, prepared 82 oz. 9 1/2 cups
Cheddar cheese, reduced fat, shredded 9 1/2 oz. 1 1/4 cups
Corn chips, crushed 9 1/2 oz. 4 3/4 cups
Onions, diced 1/4-inch, optional 2 1/2 cups
Jalapeño, pickled, sliced, optional 9 1/2 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the Spudsters® according to package instructions. Keep warm.
Step 2
For each serving; place 7 Spudsters® in a bowl, top with 1/2 cup (4.3 oz.) chili, 2 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup corn chips. Finish with 1 Tbsp. onions and jalapeño slices, if desired.
