Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven or broiler to 425˚F.
- Step 2
- Whisk together in small bowl; black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Prepare 16 oz. fries according to package instructions and place in large bowl. Sprinkle hot fries with 2 1/2 tsp. of spice mixture and toss to coat. Place fries in an oven-safe serving dish.
- Step 3
- Drizzle fries with 4 fl. oz. marinara sauce. Top with 4 oz. mozzarella, 1 oz. each pepperoni, prosciutto and Pecorino cheese. Place under broiler, or into a hot oven until cheese melts. Remove from oven and garnish with 1 oz. arugula. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes.
