Butter, melted 2 oz.
Chives 4 oz.
Eggs 4 count
Simplot Farmhouse Originals™: Plain Mashed Potatoes 6/4lb 4 lb.
Flour 8 oz.
Garlic, minced 1 oz.
Morel mushrooms, chopped 6 oz.
Parmesan cheese, shredded 6 oz.
Seafood

Lobsters, steamed & sliced into 10 medallions per lobster 8 count
Sea scallops, seared 48 count
Shrimp, 16/20, sauteed 48 count
White wine & butter cream sauce 64 fl. oz.
Preparation Instructions:
• Heat mashed potatoes according to directions and cool.
• Place cooled mashed into a medium bowl and add melted butter, garlic, flour, eggs, chives, morels and parmesan cheese.
• Fold together until well incorporated. Place cup of mixture into a well-seasoned waffle maker. Cook until crisp and golden.
• Place one waffle onto plate.
• Ladle 4 fl oz butter sauce onto plate. Place 3 shrimp, 3 scallops and 5 slices of lobster medallions onto plate. Serve hot.
