Bread slices, day old, crust removed 10 count
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Blend 6/2.5lb 16 oz.
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions Blend 6/2.5lb 8 oz.
Cheddar cheese 12 oz.
Eggs, beaten 16 count
Parsley, fresh, chopped 2 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Cut bread into cubes. Place evenly in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle in Mediterranean blend, peppers and onions, and shredded cheese. Pour eggs over the top.
Step 3
Bake at 350°F in a conventional oven for 35-45 minutes or until eggs are cooked thoroughly. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
Step 4
To serve; Garnish with chopped parsley. Slice in squares or other shapes you desire.
