Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Prepare Fiesta blend and red quinoa according to package instructions. Keep separate and chill.
- Step 2
- For each portion; in a clear cup layer: 2 oz. Fiesta blend, 2 oz. quinoa, 1-1/2 oz. cubed cheese, and 1 oz. romaine mix. Cover with lid. Serve with 2 fl. oz. dressing in a lidded portion cup.
