Simplot RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Corn and Black Bean Fiesta Blend 6/2.5lb 40 oz. 1 bag
Cherry tomatoes, diced 1 pint
Zesty Italian dressing, prepared 8 fl. oz. 1 cup
Jalapeño, diced 2 each
Cilantro, chopped 1 bunch
Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp.
Coriander, ground 1/2 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the corn and black bean blend according to the package directions and chill.
Step 2
Fold chilled blend together in a large bowl with tomatoes, Italian dressing, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic and coriander. Cover and allow flavors to marry refrigerated for two hours before service.
