Try out this tasty gem from Korea. A nutritious, tender beef bowl paired with delicious peas and carrots, and edamame. Top it off with tangy bulgogi sauce, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.

Simplot Simple Goodness™: RTE Peas and Diced Carrots 1/20lb 3 3/4 lbs. 12 1/2 cups
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Shelled Edamame 6/2.5lb 3.1 lbs. 6 1/4 cups
Beef, sliced, cooked 3 1/4 lbs.
Bulgogi sauce 3 1/4 lbs. 6 1/4 cups
Sesame seeds, toasted 1.275 oz. 1/4 cup
Cilantro, fresh, chopped .3 oz. 1/2 cup
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare brown rice, peas and carrots, and edamame according to package instructions. Reserve hot.
Step 2
For each serving; place 1/2 cup of brown rice on serving dish, top with 1/2 cup peas and carrots, and 1/2 cup edamame. Place 2 oz. of sliced beef on top of vegetables. Pour 2 fl. oz. of bulgogi sauce over bowl and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
