Sometimes you just want some good ol' comfort food. This dish would be great as a family-style side on your takeout menu. Offer it with a roasted chicken and a crisp green salad.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Cream of celery soup, condensed, undiluted 10 3/4 oz.
Sour cream 8 oz. 1 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided 6 oz.
French-fried onions, divided 6 oz. 3 cups

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 325˚F.
Step 2
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed soup, sour cream, 4 oz. cheese and 3 oz. fried onions. Heat through, stirring well. Stir in broccoli and transfer to a greased, half-sized hotel pan, or similar sized baking dish.
Step 3
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Continue baking until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
