Take your fries a little bit upscale with duck confit and chevre (but don't be afraid to serve them with a beer at happy hour), they'll be a hit with any crowd.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Duck fat, to fill fryer or skillet as needed
Blackberry jam, prepared 2 Tbsp.
BBQ sauce, prepared 4 fl. oz.
Black pepper, coarse ground 1 Tbsp.
Rosemary, dried, crushed 2 tsp.
Garlic powder 2 tsp.
Simplot Conquest® Fries: Clear Coated Julienne Cut Fries 3/16" 16 oz.
Duck confit, shredded, prepared 4 oz.
Goat cheese, crumbled 3 oz.
Chives, finely chopped as garnish
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat duck fat to 345°F.
Step 2
Blend jam and sauce together in bowl.
Step 3
Whisk together in medium bowl; black pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Transfer fries to a bowl, sprinkle with spices and toss to coat. Keep warm
Step 4
For each serving; transfer seasoned fries to a warm serving plate. Top with duck confit, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with chives.
