Creamy riced cauliflower with two kinds of cheese, crispy bacon and green onions. Yes, please!

Ingredient Weight Measure
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Riced Cauliflower 1/20lb 32 oz.
American cheese, 1/2- dice 16 oz.
Milk, whole 4 fl. oz.
Bacon, cooked, chopped 3 oz.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Green onions, chopped 1/4 cup
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Stir in American cheese, milk, and 1/2 of the bacon. Combine until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to baking pan, top with cheddar and bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Garnish with reserved bacon and green onion.
