A new twist on a traditional benedict. Crispy hash browns inside a crunchy onion ring (to keep it all together), a poached egg, avocado slices and a sharp cheddar cheese sauce. Delicious!

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw avocado slices according to package instructions. Thaw hash browns according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- For each order, cook two onion rings according to package instructions. Fill each onion ring with 2 oz. of thawed, shredded hash browns. Place onto flat grill and cook until golden brown and hot. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, place two filled onion rings onto a serving plate. Top each filled onion ring with 1/2 oz. thawed avocado slices, a poached egg, and 1/2 fl. oz of warm cheese sauce. Garnish with 1 tsp. chopped chives.
