Simplot SIDEWINDERS™ Fries: Junior Cut Clear Coated SIDEWINDERS™ Fries Junior Cut 24 oz.
Chicharrones, crispy pork skins 4 oz.
Mexican hot sauce 2 fl. oz.
Mexican-style crema 2 fl. oz.
Pico de gallo, prepared 4 oz.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado pulp according to package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat deep fryer to 345˚F.
Step 3
Prepare fries according to package instructions. Divide fries among 4 serving plates. Top each portion with 1 oz. chicharrones, 1/2 fl. oz. hot sauce, 1/2 fl. oz. crema, 1 oz. chunky avocado pulp and 1 oz. pico de gallo.
