Sour cream (thinned with a small amount of water) | 5 oz. | |

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
- Step 2
- Make a vegetable chili utilizing Simplot Good Grains™ and Simplot RoastWorks® items.
- Step 3
- Cut bag of chips 1/3 the way across with scissors. Pour 4 oz. vegetable chili over chips. Top with 1 oz. cheese, 1/2 oz. salsa or pico de gallo and 1 Tbsp. cilantro. Top with 2 oz. guacamole and 1/2 oz. sour cream. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. green onions. Serve.
