Get into the spirit by starting your event off with an easy to prepare cheesy fondue. It's a real crowd-pleaser.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Cream cheese 32 oz.
Sour cream 32 oz.
Swiss cheese, shredded 8 oz.
Parmesan cheese, grated 8 oz.
Simplot Simple Goodness™: Chopped Spinach, IQF 1/2" 28 oz.
Green onions, sliced 5 oz.
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat convection oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, and Parmesan cheese until creamy and smooth.
Step 3
Prepare spinach according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly, squeezing out any excess liquid.
Step 4
Add spinach, green onions, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper to cheese mixture. Mix until the items are incorporated, scraping the sides if necessary.
Step 5
For each serving, place 9 oz. of the fondue mix in a shallow 6-inch oval serving dish. Place the dish in convection oven for 10-12 minutes or until heated and bubbly. Serve with crusty bread, crudites, or tortilla chips.
