Simple pancakes made "a little upscale" with a decadent housemade peach syrup and bruléed sugar. This one will be a show-stopper at brunch.

Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan, add maple syrup and peaches. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until desired texture is achieved. Hold warm for service.
- Step 2
- For each serving, transfer 3 pancakes onto serving plate and top with 5 oz. (1 cup) of peach syrup. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of sugar. Using a torch brulée the sugar until lightly brown and crispy. Finish with 1 heaping Tbsp. of whipping cream and 1/2 tsp. of orange zest.
