Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Cook vegetable blend in boiling salted water until just tender, drain well in a colander.
- Step 2
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add artichoke hearts, pine nuts, parsley, lemon zest and salt. Sauté briefly until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Garnish with crumbled feta.
