Preparation Instructions:
- Step 1
- Preheat flat top griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

- Gently form each portion of beef into a cylindrical disk about 2 inches tall. Season with salt and pepper. Add beef portions to griddle or skillet, and press down with a firm metal spatula to match the diameter of the doughnut. Cook without moving until a crust develops and to desired doneness. Top with a slice of cheese. Hold warm.
