If you like a stuffed baked potato, you will love this pizza. Loaded with tater bucks, creamy alfredo sauce, and all the other flavors you'd expect.

Ingredient Weight Measure
Pizza crusts, 12-inch, prebaked 13 each
Simplot Traditional Tater Bucks 80 oz. 1 bag
Alfredo sauce, prepared 52 fl. oz.
Cheddar cheese, sharp, shredded 65 oz.
Bacon, cooked, chopped 26 oz.
Sour cream 39 oz.
Chives, minced 3-1/4 oz.
Black pepper, cracked to taste
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Step 2
Pre-bake or fry the Tater Bucks according to package instructions. Top each 12-inch crust with 4 fl. oz. alfredo sauce, 4 oz. cheddar cheese, 6 oz. pre-cooked Tater Bucks, and 2 oz. bacon. Sprinkle an additional 1 oz. cheese on top.
Step 3
Place into a 400˚F oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Remove from oven and top with 3 oz. sour cream and 1/4 oz. chives. Season with pepper as needed.
